The Details
The industry rate for this kind of production is $1000+ per episode.
With The Podcast Accelerator, you’ll be getting full production quality for half the price.
The program runs June 17 to August 23. Participants will be surveyed about preferred timing for the live workshops and they will also be made available for replay. Episode recording will be done remotely. Don’t like dealing with tech? No problem. Lead Podcasting will manage all the tech elements. Recording times will be flexible to accommodate your schedule.
Week #1: Branding Workshop
Lead Podcasting’s founder, Amanda Cupido, will walk you through coming up with a podcast name, tagline and opening/closing script.
Work together to refine your idea and have top notch branding.
Then, let the Lead Podcasting team get to work! We’ll develop your podcast artwork and music.
Week #2: The Art of Interviewing Workshop
Learn about “episode mapping” and how to approach guests to be on your show.
Need to feel more confident as a podcast host? We will set you up for success. We’ll listen to examples from some of the top podcasters to inspire your approach
You’ll walk away with an “Interview Cheat Sheet” that outlines all the tactics you’ll need when behind the mic.
Week #3-8: Podcast recording with bi-weekly Q+A calls
For six weeks you will have full access to the Lead Podcasting team for recording and editing episodes. We have some of the best producers in the industry, who will come alongside you as your personal production team.
We’ll make five episodes and a trailer for each participant during this time.
We’ll also host group Q+A calls to make sure everyone is on track.
Week #9: Launch Your Podcast Workshop
This workshop will teach you how to get your podcast on Apple, Spotify and Google Podcasts.
Learn how to strategically launch your show and cut through the noise of a busy podcast landscape.
We’ll also share tips for growing your audience in the weeks to come.
Week #10: Listening Party and final Q+A
In our final week, we’ll listen to a snippet from your show and celebrate the work that’s been done.
We’ll also open the floor for a final Q+A session to ensure you feel confident about your new podcast.
